They select the best Free-Range Chicken and the freshest vegetables, carefully wash all the ingredients, and simmer them over low heat for more than 3 hours. The only ingredients in our chicken broth are fresh vegetables, sea salt, and Animal Welfare Certified free-range bone-in chicken.

How to use the Natural Fish Aneto?
Although it's ready to eat, we recommend heating it up to fully enjoy its flavor. Use it to cook fish soup by adding your favorite fish, to make seafood rice dishes, or simply add noodles for a quick meal.

For Paella Valenciana Broth, they sauté the tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil over very low heat. Season with rosemary and a touch of saffron. Then they add all the meat and vegetables to the sauté: rabbit, duck, snails, ferraúra, and butter beans, and cook these ingredients for over 2 hours over low heat and add our Chicken Broth. Ideal for meat Paellas.
Our Seafood Paella Broth Aneto is made with 100% natural, top-quality ingredients following the traditional Spanish recipe, just as you would at home. Thanks to this production process, Aneto manages to preserve all the flavor of a 100% homemade broth.
The Seafood Paella Broth is made following the traditional Spanish recipe. They sauté onions, tomatoes, and garlic in extra virgin olive oil over very low heat. Then, they season with paprika and a touch of saffron, and add all the seafood and rock fish to the sauté, and continue cooking gently for over 2 hours, gradually adding our Fish Broth.
Aneto selects the freshest vegetables, then carefully wash the ingredients and cook them at low heat for more than 3 hours.
