Our Mussels in Pickled Sauce by La Curiosa are an authentic Spanish delicacy. These premium mussels come from the best-located rafts in the famous Ria de Arosa (Galicia, Spain). Once selected, they are fried in olive oil and lovingly hand-packed, one by one, and covered with an  exquisite escabeche sauce made only with natural ingredients: paprika, black pepper, cloves, and bay leaves, that's all.

These tinned mussels, in Spanish "Mejillones en Escabeche", are medium size and have a spectacular flavor, with a savory and smooth escabeche that will delight you.
