The flavor is savory yet balanced, without acidity, it doesn't taste "canned", it's just like freshly made. Additionally, it's very healthy: low in fat (1.5%), low in salt (only 0.22 grams per 100 grams of product), and gluten-free.
These artichokes are very tender, so we kindly ask to handle them with care.
